I grew up in Orange County, where my family was involved in Real Estate. I graduated from UCLA and moved to Manhattan Beach in 1969.  I love the South Bay! It's a wonderful place to live.

I have been selling Real Estate full time since 1979. In addition to helping my clients buy or sell property, I have an extensive background in Relocation. I can help you move across the street or the country.

I can advise you about updating or remodeling. Many of my clients do not live in the area and rely on my expertise to get their property "market ready".
I bring many years of experience and expertise to each transaction. I managed a local company for over 16 years and have been involved or supervised over 2000 transactions.

All of my clients receive my personal attention. They are very special people not numbers. My job is to help them achieve their goals, buying or selling or both. Whether this is our first transaction together or our tenth, my goal is to make it the best and most comfortable.
